What Would You Like To See In The Former Erday's Store Location?

The Erday Building is still vacant as of Sept. 23, 2013.

It's been a little more than seven months now since Erday's men's clothing store owners announced that they would have to close for good.

The space on North Third Street has been vacant for almost half a year now, and signs on the storefront still thank customers for more than 66 years in business.

The 10 N. Third Street address is a wonderful location in the heart of downtown Geneva, of course. According to LoopNet, the 47-foot storefront has "classic front retail sales space of 4,500 square feet along with back service space of 1,300 square feet used for shipping, receiving and tailor area AND also included is a large, 3300 square foot dry basement."

LoopNet says the rental price is "$25/SF/Year."

What do you think would be a good tenant for the iconic storefront?
