Sweets for the Sweet at Geneva's All Chocolate Kitchen

The gourmet pastry and gelato shop is the brainchild of Alain Roby, a certified master chef of pastry and sugar artistry.

Its initials may be ACK, there’s nothing ack about Geneva’s All Chocolate Kitchen.

Instead, patrons to the Third Street store will find nothing but deliciousness, including hand-made gelatos and sorbets, pastries, cakes, grand cru chocolates, other desserts and coffee and tea.

In August, All Chocolate Kitchen, 33 S. Third St., celebrated its one year anniversary in Geneva.

But that’s not the only thing giving Roby bragging rights. He’s also the holder of two Guinness World Records for creating the "World's Longest Sugar Cane," and has been featured in Food & Wine, Gourmet, Architectural Digest, Traditional Home andVeranda as well as on The Learning Channel and Food Network's Extreme Pastry and Sugar Rushshows.

Just a few of the gelato flavors patrons will find at ACK include chocolate fudge, coconut, cookies and cream, and passion fruit. Sorbetto flavors include blood orange, coffee, mango and lemon, among others. Are truffles or French crepes more your bag? You can find those at ACK also, as well as Devil’s Food cake, Kentucky Derby Pie, Key Lime Pie, and more.

The desert destination has proven to be so successful that Roby has opened up a second, patio location, offering authentic Italian Gelato and Sorbetto. ACK’s Gelato Patio is located just a block away at 200 S. Third St., and is open from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. daily through October.

All Chocolate Kitchen hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
