Sugar Path Starts Scavenger Hunt Game

The Sugar Path game has gained quite a following.

The Sugar Path has started an October Scavenger Hunt that has people drooling to enter.

Every day in the month of October, the Sugar Path posts a riddle on one of its social media sites: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The clues of the riddle identify a location in the Fox Valley area—specifically Geneva, St. Charles and Batavia.

Players must figure out the riddle, proceed to the location and then search for a Bluebird Ticket, a white ticket with our Bluebird logo on it, then post a photo of themselves finding the ticket on one of The Sugar Path’s social media sites. The finder of the ticket receives the prize written on the back of the ticket.

The first winner won 100 mini cupcakes.

The Scavenger Hunt game will run for the 31 days of October with a new riddle and location every day.

The Hunt is a fun way for our customers to interact with TSP, each other and the local area, with a chance to win some great prizes! The Sugar Path often engages in B2B marketing and will further this by directing scavenger players to local businesses. The first two riddles were posted on Facebook and Twitter and led the riddle solvers to the Fabyan Windmill and the downtown Geneva bridal shop, Veiled in Elegance.

The Scavenger Hunt game expands on The Sugar Path’s weekly game called “TGICF” (Thank God its Cupcake Friday) which it runs on its Facebook page. In that game it seeks nominations from Facebook fans for a person or business that should be awarded free cupcakes and on Friday a winner is chosen that can come to the shop and pick out a free box of cupcakes.

The Sugar Path has conducted this weekly game for over a year and it has gained quite a following. For more information about The Sugar Path, please refer to its website www.thesugarpath.com as well as its Social Media Sites.
