New Spa Coming to Geneva

A new spa specializing in massages and facial treatments is coming to Geneva.
Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa will be located at 1416-A S. Randall Road in the Randall Square shopping center. Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa will open in the center of the plaza anchored by Bed, Bath & Beyond and Old Navy and other locations, according to a Baum Realty Group press release.
Currently, there are also Hand & Stone spa locations in Carol Stream, Algonquin and Wheaton. Hand and Stone is also expected to open a new location soon in Kildeer, according to the news release.
Hand and Stone offers professional massage, facial and hair removal services.
Allen Joffe, Principal and Managing Broker at Baum Realty Group, and Laura Haning, Broker, represented the tenant and completed the deal.
“These new stores have a strong presence in the market. Both of them were strategically placed in two of Chicagoland’s most high-traffic retail corridors,” Haning says.
