A handful of new businesses opened in February in St. Charles and Geneva.
The DuPage County Health Department environmental health committee website provided the following information on new businesses in the area:
- Liu Brothers Bistro opened on Feb. 25 at 1554 E. Main St. in St. Charles. The restaurant serves Asian cuisine.
- Several businesses announced their opening at 228 S. Third St. in Geneva on Feb. 5. The business include Debbie's Kitchen, Sweet Dream Cupcake!, Piece of Cake Custom Cakes by Mark, Pretty Wicked Organics, Monika's Organic Bakery and Mohr Gourmet LLC.
- Franky's Red Hots opened a location at 2526 E. Main St. in St. Charles on Feb. 20. The chain serves Chicago-diner style food including hot dogs, ribs, pizza and more.
