Here's the wine list to go along with the Flavor Fare Menu. There are 17 wines from around the world, for purchase by the glass.

Wine choices — 4 tickets per glass

  • Beringer Pinot Grigio — Light, crisp 'patio-sipper' with soft citrus flavors.
  • Beringer California Chardonnay — Smooth, fruit-forward notes with a touch of oak.
  • Beringer Moscato — Lively and aromatic, this effervescent sweet white wine offers appealing citrus and peach notes.
  • Beringer Founders Riesling — A bright, sweet white offering hints of fresh peach and citrus.
  • Beringer White Zinfandel — Semi-sweet blush wine with fresh strawberry and melon flavors.
  • Stone Cellars Merlot — Black cherry and mocha flavors with hints of vanilla and spice.
  • Stone Cellars Cabernet — Smooth, spicy berry flavors in this soft and approachable red.
  • Beringer Founders Shiraz — Flavors of blackberries and brown spice, all highlighted by along fruity finish.

Matua Sauvignon Blanc — From New Zealand, hints of grapefruit, bell pepper and citrus vibrantly jump out from this dry, crisp white.

Greg Norman Chardonnay — Intense apricot and peach aromas with a nice toasty creaminess.

Beringer Napa Pinot Noir — Dark plum and black cherry define this "old world" style red wine.

Colores del Sol Malbec — Enormous aromas of cherries, blackberry, and currant, with afinish of smoke, spice and caramel.

Cellar #8 Cabernet — Full-bodied, dry wine with plum, cherry and spice flavors.

Rosemount Diamond Shiraz — A full-bodied, juicy palate with cherry and chocolate,flavors. Long, silk tannins that stay for the lingering finish.

Sbragia Chardonnay — Very aromatic with bright flavors of pear, lemon and hazelnut. A long, clean finish.

Étude Carneros Pinot Noir — Burgundian in style, this Carneros red is beautifully structured, with lifted flavors of black cherry and plum.

Stags' Leap Cabernet Sauvignon — One of Napa's oldest wineries, this bold wine featuresround, supple tannins supported by luscious notes of chocolate and espresso.
