Here's the 2011 Festival of the Vine FRIDAY Schedule and Entertainment Lineup!

A look at the offerings and entertainment options on Friday, Sept. 9.

Flower Market: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Courthouse lawn – South Third Street

Fun fall decorations for indoors and out. Flowers, pumpkins, gourds, Halloween decorations, unique art and more. Sales and display by The PURE Gardener.

Ten tasting stations on our front lawn will offer samplings of several local wineries, including Lynfred, Prairie State, Illinois River, Door County, Glunz Family Winery, and Acquaviva, plus many more wines from the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Australia. Sample a great selection of International reds, whites and several seasonal local winessuch as Pumpkin, Apple & Hallowine. Our special guest, German Winemaker , owner of Schlink Haus, will be on hand to sign your bottle of wine. Serving on the front lawn from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The first three samples are free to those over 21, and additional samples may be purchased for a small price, with all proceeds from samplings benefiting the Geneva Community Chest, which serves more than 20 local charities.
