Trendy Bites Cooking Class
Wildwood Restaurant’s Executive Chef Christopher Corby presents a series of fast paced, high energy, cooking classes to share his wealth of knowledge regarding seasonal food offerings. Each session includes an interactive cooking demonstration on featured dishes, gourmet recipes, cooking tips and purchasing recommendations.
Our April class from 9:30 am – 12 pm follows the latest culinary trend --- creating tasty small plates, crocks and smears using unique ingredients in simple preparations, but bursting with flavor. A $50 fee covers the cost of the class and a generous tasting of all prepared recipes. Alcoholic beverages are available, but not included. Class is at 477 S Third St., Geneva.
