Temple B'nai Israel Sells Hamentaschen for Purim

Delicious fruit-filled Kosher Hamentaschen cookies will be sold at Temple B'nai Israel, 400 N. Edgelawn, Aurora, through Sunday, Feb. 19.

These cookies make the perfect Purim gift! One dozen cookies cost $5 or buy four dozen and get one dozen free!

Cookies can be picked up at the Temple on March 4, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Temple B'nai Israel is a family-oriented Synagogue serving the growing Jewish community of the Tri-Cities, Aurora, Naperville and the Fox Valley.

The temple offers a comprehensive religious education program for children in pre-K through high school. The congregation includes members of all ages, including singles, young families, "empty nesters," and senior citizens, and has services designed to meet the specific needs of individuals with Traditional, Conservative, and Reform orientations as well as sensitivity to the needs of interfaith families.
