Sliders, popcorn and grilled cheese are now on the menu at Niche Restaurant – albeit in a slightly more sophisticated form than guests might have experienced. Niche’s new Small Plates menu gives diners a chance to try a wide variety of the eclectic, contemporary American cuisine created by executive chef Serena Perdue in close collaboration with Vince Balistreri, sommelier and general manager. The dishes, which start at $6, are ideal for casual diners or Metra commuters stopping for a drink on the way home.
