Tickets for the Geneva Beautification Committee Spaghetti Supper fund raiser are selling quickly. The supper will be held on Wednesday, March 7 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Riverview Banquets, 1117 N. Washington Avenue (Route 25) in Batavia which is 1/3 mile south of Fabyan Parkway on Route 25. Tickets for the Sixth Annual “Pasta for Posies” fund raiser cost $10 for adults and $5 for children age 10 and under if purchased before the event and at-the-door costs will be $12 for adults and $6 for children.
Pasta for Posies will feature all-you-can-eat spaghetti with meat sauce, Marinara sauce, crisp tossed salad, crunchy Italian bread, butter, olive oil and vinegar and an assortment of delectable desserts many of which are homemade by our volunteers. Coffee, tea, water and milk will be provided and a cash bar is available. To be earth-friendly, the meal will be offered using recyclable dinnerware. Take-out is also provided.

To add to the fun and excitement a 50/50 raffle will be held during the evening as well as five prize drawings. New this year will be a Bake Sale featuring delicious dessert recipes baked from the Geneva Beautification Cookbook which will also be available for purchase.

Local gardening expert Mary Stavenhagen will present an informative and fun seminar during the evening. Following the program there will be a question and answer time for all of your gardening questions.
