How did the business come to be?

Owning a café that offers French-inspired food that is simple, fresh, and authentic has been a dream of mine since attending Cordon Bleu Culinary School years ago.

Why did you choose the area you did?

Geneva is a quaint town that boasts lots of different types of complementary small businesses.

What does the business offer?

Chez Moi Café & Catering offers a variety of authentic French crêpes, galettes, quiches, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, unique daily specials, and much more for both casual dine-in and quick carry-out. We also provide professional catering services for all types of events, either hosted at the cafe or in private homes and businesses, and we occasionally schedule fun special events, such as seasonal/themed dinners, wine tastings, cooking demo classes, and more.

What’s a fact about your business that most customers probably don’t know?

We're open early (7:30am), have great breakfast specials, and are an increasingly popular place to hold small business breakfast meetings -- we serve great coffee and breakfast trays, and have a 55" monitor on which customers can display their presentations/video.

What’s your most popular product or service?

At the café, our most popular items are our quiches, crêpes/galettes, cheese tray, soups, and our ham, brie and fig jam sandwich. We have many wonderful home-made desserts as well. On the catering side, our quality, variety, flexibility to customize to customer needs, and our beautiful presentations have proven to be our main strengths.
