$750K For Retail/Apartment Building Between Dairy Queen and CVS

For 47 years, the building was the home of Soukup Appliances.

The commercial building on East State Street between Diary Queen and CVS Pharmacy has been put on the market, according to numerous online sources, including Patch's partner, Zillow.

The asking price is $749,900 for the 14,600-square-foot building, which includes an eclectic mix of retail, office, warehouse and apartments. The building dates back to 1940, according to reports, and has been the home of many a pizza parlor, an oriental rug seller and for 47 years was the home of Soukup Appliances.

It's been on the market for a month, according to Homeswing. It's been on Zillow for 12 days.

The building is within the East Side tax increment financing district. The property covers .52 acres, according to the TIF records.
