The chairman of Geneva's Zoning Board of Appeals asked the City Council Committee of the Whole to reject a proposal to fold the ZBA into the city's Plan Commission.
Art Kaindl asked the COW, a recommending body, to simply not push forward a motion to hold a public hearing on the matter.
