No, it's not the Golden Arches we're talking about here, although downtown Batavia does have a new-model McDonald's.
We're talking arch as on Streetscape decoration -- to the tune of $117,000.
Work has started on the project that will help downtown Batavia to a distinctive look and entranceway for pedestrian traffic, as well as automobiles and bicycles.
So far, it looks great.
