Geneva History Minute: Honoring Our Soldiers
Courtesy of Stage Fright Productions and the Geneva History Center is a terrific one-minute look at the courthouse and the soldiers commemorated there.
The has a new YouTube video out on the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in front of the Kane County Courthouse.
We take this monument for granted and pass it by daily, but it is not only an amazing historic monument but a wonderful work of art.
It also is a tribute to those young men from Geneva and the area who died in the Civil War and the Mexican-American War.
