Swedish Pancake Benefit Breakfast

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

"Simply Swedish...Simply Good" is the theme of the 13th annual benefit Swedish Pancake

Breakfast, presented by the Swedish American Children's Choir on Saturday, May 12

from 9:30am -Noon at Bethany Lutheran Church, 8 S. Lincoln St. in Batavia.

The breakfast will feature Swedish Pancakes, Sausage, Swedish Cardamom coffee cake,

Lingonberries, Juice, Milk and Coffee.

Also available will be a Bake Sale, Scandinavian gift items for sale and a brief performance

by the Swedish American Children's Choir.  All proceeds from the event will be used to defray expenses for the choir's upcoming performance tour.

The not-for-profit  choir is the largest of its kind in the Midwest and comprised of children 4-18  from the Fox Valley and surrounding suburbs.  They present performances of Swedish songs

and Scandinavian dances throughout the area.

Breakfast tickets are by reservation only and carry out orders are available.

Tickets are $12 for Adults, $6.00 for children 4-10 years old and under 4 are free.
