Mixed Media Workshop with Holly Kennedy @ 318 Coffeehouse

August 19th, 318 Customer and August Artist Holly will be holding a Mixed Media Art Workshop for anyone interested. No registration required, first come first serve.

It's $5 for all included supplies, and you walk away with a wonderful piece of DIY artwork! To be held at 318 Coffeehouse, Sunday, August 19th from 2-4pm.

GREAT EVENT FOR KIDS AS WELL AS ADULTS INTERESTED IN MIXED MEDIA!

Many of her pieces hanging at 318 Coffeehouse this month have already sold, so stop by and check out her amazing collection! You just might find a piece that speaks to your heart.

Workshop: Holly loves to change things around, and she is very cheap (frugal). These two things do not go hand in hand, unless you are creative. Fortunately for Holly, she is creative, and she wants to share some of that creativity with you, in the form of mixed media art. She will be available to encourage your inner artist to come out on Sunday, August 19th, from 2-4pm, at Graham's 318. Holly will bring all of her supplies (even her vintage buttons which we hear she is pretty stingy with), and all you have to do is show up and get creative! No sign-up. Just stop in, grab a treat, and make a piece of art for your very own!

About the art: The items Holly uses for her mixed media pieces are mostly made up of old book pages, clothing that was ready for a new life, broken or discarded jewelry, free graphics found online and printed at home, magazine clippings, and craft paint. Have any of that stuff at your house? What are you waiting for?! Go make something fantastic!!!
