Coming Saturday: Haunted Geneva – A Night with Travis Thrasher

Local author Travis Thrasher, will present his novel Ghostwriter which is set in Geneva. It's a haunting tale involving a "harrowing journey of redemption" and is fitting for the Halloween season! It is perfect for book clubs, aspiring writers or anyone who simply loves a good suspense novel. It will feature a fireside reading by the author, book signing and a reception, including hors d'oeuvres and beverages. Attendees will have a chance to ask Mr. Thrasher about his books and writing career.

Travis Thrasher is the author of 13 works of fiction and his goal is to continue to tell powerful and moving stories that will reach fiction readers of all types. As a full-time novelist for over two years, Travis feels he's still just warming up and is "glad to be a part of all the great things happening at the Library this year."

For this exclusive, after hours event, only 100 reservations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting on September 16 at the Library's Check In Desk. Reservations must be pre-paid with cash or check payable to "Geneva Library Foundation." Reservations are $25 per person and copies of the book will be available before the event at a discounted price of $12 each.
