The Geneva Park District has a number of holiday events and programs to help everyone get into the holiday spirit.

Christmas Cookie Workshop

The Geneva Park District will host a Christmas Cookie Workshop from 9:30 to 11:30 am on Dec. 12 at the Geneva Community Center. Make and decorate yummy Christmas cookies to eat and share during the holiday season. This program is suggested for children ages 3-4.

The cost for this class is $18 for residents and $26 for non-residents.

Ornament Making 

Bring your child to make homemade ornaments for your tree!

Ornament making will give children the chance to make beautiful ornaments to hang on their Christmas tree and cherish for years to come. This program will run Fridays between Dec. 2 and Dec. 16 from 8:45 to 10:15 am for ages 2-3 and 12:15 to 2:15 pm for ages 3-6.

Cost is $30 for residents and $45 for non-residents.

Children’s Ceramics

Enjoy the creative world of ceramics!

Children’s Ceramics will run from 5:30 to 6:45 pm on Nov. 28 at Ceramics on the Fox, 121 S. Lincoln Highway, NorthAurora. Children will make a seasonally themed project that can be displayed in your home or given as a gift. Please note: completed projects will be available to pick up one week after class. The theme for this class is Christmas. Children will make trees with cute snowmen. This program is suggested for children ages 6-9.

Cost is $28 for residents and $42 for non-residents.
