Fundraiser For Casey "needles" Banas

Hello my name is Lauren Shillingburg, We are doing a Fundraiser/ benefit for a good friend and partner of my fiancé's company Playground Tattoo. Last weekend Casey Banas who is our head artist at Playground was in a horrible motorcycle accident off of Ash Rd and Rt. 23, that left him in critical condition and in the ICU of St. Anthony’s Hospital in Rockford. He was airlifted after he and a pick up truck collided leaving him with broken ribs, a collapsed lung, broken leg, shoulder and a broken vertebrae. He is still in ICU waiting for his rib surgery, and on a ventilator now. They Family has three small children and his fiance and him have a wedding planned for November. He is fighting for his life with limited health insurance, his medical bills are stacking up and his family needs our help. A group of us have put a fundraiser/ benefit together for Saturday June 9th at 7pm. This event is for Casey “needlez” Banas and his future wife and family. We are all coming together for a friend/brother that has been a staple in our lives and a Huge part of Playground Tattoo family. He has given us memories to last a lifetime and its our turn to show him how much we appreciate his art, his craft, and his life and well being. It will be held at Oasis/ Cairo Bar at 2009 Franciscan Way, West Chicago Il 60185. There will be tons of goody's being raffled off as well as door prizes. It’s a $5 donation at the door and that all goes to Casey and Family. There is also a donation box set up at Playground Tattoo 2045 Lincoln Highway. We would also like to thank everyone that has donated and supported the Banas clan. Salon Bronzino is sponsering event also~!
