Folk Fest Kicks Off Saturday Night With WFMT's 'Midnight Special' Radio Broadcast

A traditional opening for the Fox Valley Folk Music and Storytelling Festival over Labor Day weekend at Island Park is a radio concert broadcast by WFMT 98.7 FM.

Rich Warren usually hosts several feature Festival artists in a live studio concert for WFMT "Fine Arts Circle" members that is broadcast and streamed on the Internet.

This year you have the chance to attend because they'll be doing the show as a live remote from downtown Geneva! 

This year is a special two-hour show broadcast live from The Unitarian Universalist Society in Downtown Geneva. 

It will feature Barton & Para, Andrew Calhoun, Andy Cohen, Tracy Grammer, David Massengill, Anne Hills
Jeni & Billy, and the Sanctified Grumblers.

Cost is:

• $15 For Adults Paid In Advance
 
• $10 For Seniors, Students & Volunteers (Advance) 

• $20 / $15 At The Door
