Festival of the Vine

The event closes today. Sunday's events include:

  • 9 a.m.-2 p.m. – French Market. Local and regional merchants showcase merchandise in a European-style open air market.
    South Third and South streets.
  • 10 a.m.-4 p.m. – Kids Corner. Crafts, activities and phase 3 of the Shodeen Swedish Cottage. The cottage will be donated to Mutual Ground by Shodeen.
    Courthouse parking lot at James and Fourth streets.
  • 10 a.m.-5 p.m. – Arts and crafts show.
    South Third and Campbell streets.
  • 11 a.m.-5 p.m. – Flower Market with flowers, pumpkins, gourds, Halloween decorations, art and more by The Pure Gardener
    Old Courthouse lawn, South Third Street.
  • 11 a.m.-5 p.m. – Complimentary scenic trolley rides between festival events.
    Stops: Old Mill Park, Sixth and State St., Hamilton and Fourth streets Third and James streets, Third and Fulton streets, Third Street and Crescent Place.
  • 11 a.m.-5 p.m. – Baubles, Bangles and Beads
    Jewelry Faire, pet clothes, beads and bake sale to benefit Anderson Animal Shelter at the American Legion. Donations accepted at door. 22 S. Second
    St.
  • 11 a.m.-6 p.m. – Flavor Fare. Sampling of restaurant fare, wine and musical entertainment.
    Ticket booth closes at 5:30 p.m. West State and North Fourth streets.
  • 1 p.m. – Demonstration on Harvest Market stage with The Little Traveler.
    Courthouse Parking Lot, James and Fourth streets.
  • 1-4 p.m. – Complimentary horse-drawn antique carriage rides.
    Old Courthouse, South Third and James streets.
  • 1-5 p.m. – Entertainment with The Blind Roosevelts, a mix of acoustic/electric rock laced with strong harmony vocals.
    Stage at West State and North Fourth streets.
  • 3 p.m. – Demonstration on Harvest Market stage with Geneva Green Market.
    Courthouse Parking Lot – James and Fourth streets.
