According to weather reports rain shouldn’t be a factor in the show, but if that changes then the only thing that could delay the show until July 5 would be lightning or high winds.

The City of Batavia is the host for the show, but the Batavia Access Committee sponsors the display through private donations and fundraisers. Donations for the show are accepted at BataviaFireWorks.org.

Public parking is available with a $5 donation per car at the Batavia High School parking lots on Wilson and Main Street, Ace Hardware parking lot or the Wilson Business Center parking lot. Handicapped parking will be available at the High School parking lot on Main Street.

No parking will be allowed on Wilson Street or Main Street between Van Nortwick Avenue and Randall Road or on Randall Road from Main Street to McKee Street.

Batavia police will patrol the show and alcoholic beverages, sparklers, firecrackers or handheld explosive devices are prohibited. According to the Batavia Fireworks website the Committee is requesting viewers to leave dogs and pets at home, to not enter Mooseheart property and to not ride bikes or scooters on school grounds where people are assembled for the show.
