Apparently, the big finale of the 150-year spectacular was a visit from "President Ronald Reagan"—or at least someone dressed in a Reagan mask, who flew onto Burgess Field in a helicopter. Obviously, that was a re-enactment of President Reagan's visit to Geneva in the early '80s.

For 50 points and some free Patch swag, can you name the man in the Reagan mask?
