Geneva History Center Sponsors Community Photo Contest

Want to be part of a museum exhibition at the Geneva History Center?

The Geneva History Center is sponsoring a community photo contest to coincide with the upcoming traveling exhibition Who Was Sadie Cooksey? This competition aims to capture unique images of the community and essence of life in Geneva to help preserve images of Geneva for future generations.

Photographs can be submitted now through July 30, 2011. A jury comprised of professional photographers will select a total of 25 photographs for display in the Geneva History Center Museum lobby from Sept. 8 through Nov. 5.

Out of those 25, first, second and third prizes will be awarded.  The contest is open to everyone and the entry fee is $10 per entry.
