Found on YouTube: Fun Outtakes of Mayor Burns and the Perfect City

For a lot of folks living "Inside Geneva," this is way, way, waaaay old news.

After all, the outtakes were from a video made in 2008. But they're funny and typical, classic Mayor Kevin Burns schtick.

I found them just now on YouTube, when I did a search for Geneva, IL. I couldn't believe the outtakes had less than 2,000 views—it should have gone viral a long time ago.

Not everyone likes that the mayor kids around at City Council meetings and says things that are sometimes shocking or off color in the name of humor. But one of the great things any person can do is laugh at themselves, and that's what Burns does.
