  • Why Go: More than 140 artisans in a host of mediums from around the country are showcased.

  • Where/When: 6:30-9 p.m. Sunday at RiverPark's outdoor amphitheater, Peyton Street and North River Lane, Geneva.
  • Why Go: Mary Jean Bankmann and the Radio Troupe “” will once again take you back in history with a “live” radio theater production. Bring folding chairs, pads or a picnic blanket.
  • Pricing: Free.

4. MARY HUNT DUO

  • Where/When: Friday night at , 317 S. Third St., Geneva.
  • Why Go: The group covers a wide range of genres, such as jazz, blues and rock, striving to keep "live music" alive. 
  • Pricing: Free.

5. BAD DATES

  • Where/When: 7:30 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday at , 4051 E. Main St., St. Charles.
  • Why Go: Fox Valley Repertory presents Theresa Rebeck’s one-woman about the dating scene, completing Fox Valley Rep’s programming for the inaugural St. Charles Summer Theater Fest.
  • Pricing: $29 Friday, $39 Saturday.
