Vital Chiropractic Plans Good, Wholesome Fun at Heritage Prairie Farm
Elburn, Ill. – August 6, 2013 – On Saturday, Aug. 24, the public is invited to attend the Elburn Family Summer Fest for good, wholesome family fun. Sponsored by Vital Chiropractic of Elburn, the event takes place at Heritage Prairie Farm, 2N308 Brundige Road (just south of Route 38, about 2.5 miles west of Randall Road.)
The festivities, with activities for all ages, are available from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the fest is two-fold, according to Dr. David Foss of Vital Chiropractic.
“I am trying to bring a healthy mindset to our Elburn community,” said Dr. Foss. “Based on last year’s successful event, we decided to hold Summer Fest again. This year we’re expanding the event to include several local artists.”
Free activities include:
• Family Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. (Participants are requested to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel.)
• Bouncy house with slide
• Magical Balloon Man: 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Outdoor games
• Face painting
• Touch a tractor
• Wine tasting
• Wellness screenings: Bring your questions and “Ask the Doc” about natural health solutions
