Thor entered the shelter on 4/17/14. Due to overcrowding he was kept in the outside pens and spent most of the last 3 months inside his dog house.......Lisa our rescue friend made little Thor a promise that she would get him out......the second picture is of Thor on his freedom ride out of the shelter....the third picture is of Thor settling in to his new AL foster home. Thor can join our adoption program but needs a foster home to make the trip to Illinois.

3 months in the shelter and still a sweet sweet dog...Thor is available for our foster to adopt program....thinking of adding a new best friend to your family? Foster Thor for 2-3 weeks and determine if he is the right fit for your family.....it gives you time to know the dog after he settles in and it saves a life as we have "safe haven" in Illinois for him to rest his head. Would you love to see this boy sleeping in someones bed!
