Today in Geneva: Plan Commission Tackles Craft Distilleries, Definition of Family
The comprehensive plan and a Delnor site review are also on the to-do list for Thursday, Sept. 25, 2013.
The Geneva Plan Commission has a hefty agenda for its Thursday, Sept. 26, meeting at City Hall.
Among the items up for discussion are:
Site Plan Review: Delnor Community Hospital — Request for Site Plan Approval and an updated to the Delnor Community Hospital Planned Unit Development related to new monument signs, landscaping, and roadway improvements.
Public Hearings on PUD Amendments — Amendments to the Geneva Business Park Planned Unit Development (Ordinances 1993-59, 2005-32, and 2012-19) to amend Table Two (Permitted uses in the M1 zoned portion of the business park) to a allow “craft distilleries” as a use permitted by right.
Public hearing on Zoning Map Amendments – Amendments to change the zoning of the subject properties from R1 Low Density SingleFamily Residential District (Residential Area 1) to the R1 Low Density Single-Family Residential District (Residential Area 2).
Public hearing on Comprehensive Plan Amendments — Amendments to the Land Use Plan and the illustrative development concept for Opportunity Site 6, as shown in the Downtown/Station-Area Master Plan (part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan).
