Yoga Full Moon Practice
Explore your lunar energy with the combined practices of yoga nidra, asana, pranayama and meditation. Join Wheaton resident, Tricia Fiske for this special full moon evening practice to cool down, awaken the nurturing lunar energy to reveal your dormant intelligence and intuition. You will create a rhythm of peace, healing and wisdom-conditions that allow you to remain calm in the midst of turbulence and steady in the midst of change.
Tricia Fiske, BA, 500E-RYT, is one of the first Level II Certified ParaYoga® Instructors. Tricia has been a student of yoga since 1997, began teaching in 1999, and has been studying exclusively with ParaYoga® founder Rod Stryker since 2000.
ParaYoga® recognizes yoga as an ancient tradition, capable of enriching all aspects of modern life. Its unique focus is to offer an approach into the depths of yoga science. It trains teachers who guide others to realize their highest potential through knowledge and the light of direct experience. ParaYoga® actively pursues positively affecting the evolution of individuals, yoga and life in the world.
As primary faculty at Prairie Yoga, Tricia is one of the most respected teacher of teachers in the Midwest. Tricia mentors yoga teachers and conducts workshops throughout the Chicagoland area.

More About Prana Yoga Center
Prana Yoga Center is a Fox Valley yoga studio which welcomes students of all levels. Offering more than 35 drop-in classes each week, registration-based specialty classes that caters to specific interests and workshops, Prana Yoga Center provides instruction in the techniques of asana, pranayama, meditation, vinyasa, hatha, forrest yoga, yin yoga, tantric yoga, anusara, iyengar and more, providing mats, blocks, blankets and straps if needed. Averaging class sizes of approximately eight students, Prana Yoga Center's classes are mostly 90 minutes and length and offer a picture window view of Wheeler Park.
Led by compassionate instructors who have trained with master-level teachers, Prana Yoga Center has the experience to guide beginning students safely through a practice and encourage advanced students to deepen their experience of yoga.
