d. Recommend Draft Resolution for 2013 Maintenance of Streets and Highways through MFT Funds.

e. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing First Amendment to Development Economic Incentive and Reimbursement Agreement between the City of Geneva and Aldi, Inc.
