The Geneva History Center is prepared to host a GHC Day Camp - A Day in Victorian Geneva, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 15 for 3rd - 5th graders in the event the District 304 strike proceeds.
A Day in Victorian Geneva offers students the opportunity to discover and experience what life was truly like in the Victorian Era through period crafts and games, creating period clothing, discovering Victorian architecture in Geneva, cooking period recipes, and more.
The day includes a special candy-making demonstration at Graham's Chocolates and hot chocolate at Graham's 318. This program also fulfills all five steps required for the Girl Scouts Junior "Playing with History" badge.
Space is limited to 15 participants at the Geneva History Center, 113 South Third Street, in the heart of Geneva's downtown historic district. Students should bring a sack lunch. Great idea Terry! Think of something interesting for my middle schoolers and we are there!!!! Thank you for creating ways to educate our kids while on "imposed hiatus "!!!!

Thank you Terry. It is good to see that local organizations are willing to step up and help educate our children if the teachers go out on strike. We often forget how many wonderful, educational resources are in our own backyard.
