AARP: Foods May Lower Risk of Dementia

Three weeks ago, I wrote an article on foods that may help gastrointestinal cancers, which was published in Practical Gastro in 2004.

Recently, I came across an article on "Foods that may Lower Risk of Dementia, Keep your Brain Healthy." published in AARP.

The foods suggested make sense to me, and people of all ages need to eat them to remember complicated stuff taught in schools, colleges or, really, anything of interest to you, from sports trivia to the names of your distant relatives.

So people under 55 can benefit who did not get AARP magazine, please READ:
