Yes, just days after record-high temperatures and a Flood Watch in the Tri-Cities, we've got a wind-chill advisory in place from midnight Thursday until 10 a.m. Friday, according to the National Weather Service-Chicago.
The wind chill values will get down and get funky—to about 15 to 25 degrees below zero overnight.
The dangers, of course, are frostbite and hypothermia.

Temperatures in Kane County will only reach the teens during Friday daytime — 14 is the high with a windchill as low as 18 below. In the evening, it's supposed to be 16 degrees with a windchill as low as zero. There is a 70 percent chance of snow Friday night.
Saturday daytime will have a high of 28 degrees with a windchill as low as five degrees above zero, and the evening will have a low of 12 degrees.
Superbowl Sunday will have a high of 27 degrees and a windchill as low as six degrees below zero. By game's end, there will be a low of nine degrees with a windchill of zero.
