Troy S. Defilippis, 18, of the 4N800 block of Honey Hill Circle, Wayne, was charged at 2:34 p.m. Jan. 17 at the St. Charles Police Department, 211 N. Riverside Ave., with possession of cannabis, between 2.5 and 10 grams; cannabis delivery at a school, between 2.5 and 10 grams; possession of a controlled substance; delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Defilippis posted $1,000 bond and was released pending a Jan. 25, 2013, court appearance.
