Sweet Tooths Indulged at Graham's Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream in Geneva

Located at 302 S 3rd St., the store opened in 1987 and has quickly become a downtown Geneva staple.

A glimpse into the big picture window of Graham's Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream reveals not only the delectables for sale inside, but also how the confections came to be.

Patrons can take a minute to watch Graham’s employees make the candy before heading inside to try a piece. Or three.

The store, located at 302 S 3rd St., opened in 1987 and has quickly become a downtown Geneva staple. It has been so successful, owner Robert Untiedt has been able to expand Graham's into two retail shops and one coffee shop.

Just some of Graham’s offerings include almond bark, assorted toffee, caramel pretzel rods, homemade caramels, peppermint bark, and truffles. Graham's also offers a full ice cream bar and a variety of packaged treats.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The coffee shop, called Graham's 318, is located two doors down from the flagship chocolate shop, and features Metropolis espresso, pastries which are baked daily by the resident baker and a wide variety of Octavia teas. Hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

The other Graham’s location is in Wheaton, at 119 W. Front St.
