Police Reports: DUI and Underage Drinking Arrests
Here are two DUIs and one underage drinking reports from the Geneva Police Department.
Here is a roundup of three Driving Under the Influence and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor arrests, from the Geneva Police reports.
DUI—Police arrested Timothy Lawley of Geneva on charges of driving under the influence and improper parking on a roadway around 1:52 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 500 block of Western Avenue, reports said.
Illegal Consumption by a Minor—Police arrested two 20-year-old Genevans for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor around 2:04 a.m. Jan. 19 in the 500 block of West State Street. Sean Canfield and Jeffery Martins “knowingly consumed an alcoholic liquor.” Canfield also was arrested for driving a 2002 Ford Explorer without lights when required.
DUI Liquor Transportation—Geneva police arrested Austin Joyce of Batavia on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving without lights when required around 9:50 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 200 block of South Second Street, reports said.
