This is another HUGE weekend in Geneva.
The first and most important event is Black Hat Day(s) and Pumpkins for a Cure, Saturday and Sunday in downtown Geneva. The event is truly the most fun and generous way to celebrate fall.
Then, of course, there's that little Geneva-Batavia football game on Friday night, a battle of the unbeatens.
AND we've got Homecoming window decorating going on Sunday—always fun to watch and see how creative kids can be.
Then there's the annual St. Mark's Blessing of the Animals.
And the annual Harvest Hustle 5K run that starts at the middle school campus.
And don't forget to stop by Esping Park at 10 a.m. Saturday to pay tribute to a Geneva Park District legend, the late and great Stan Esping.
And a Class of '76 reunion in the mix. (Their reunion is a week prior to the Homecoming game.)
