Rick's favorites this week: They're all great! I'm partial to the cute $275,000 Prairie Street number in Batavia—nice neighborhood, historic area, walk to downtown. The stonework is gorgeous in the $648,000 Poole Court home in Batavia, and I've always liked the look of those condos on South Seventh in Geneva. Beautiful brick and this one has a 2.5-car garage for $475,000.
