Any idea how long construction is scheduled to be taking place?

I go through this intersection several times a day and frequently see people running the red light, especially the left turn light. If red light cameras do actually work one might reasonably conclude that this intersection needs one-or two! On the other hand it is handy that the hospital is right there. Good planning!

People, stop talking on the phone while driving. I don't know if this is a factor here. I have had three close calls in the last week because the other car was clearly, "on the phone"!

Why have they NOT installed a green arrow for left turns at this intersection?? Left on arrow only may stop a lot of these accidents...how about it Geneva?? Let's petition for this!!!
