A car crashed into the "knuckle" corner next to the Geneva Post Office in a three-vehicle accident that slowed traffic on Third Street late Tuesday morning.

Geneva police responded to Tri-Com reports of an accident with possible injuries at the corner of Third and James Street at around 10:45 a.m.

By 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, Geneva police already were allowing traffic to pass in one lane along the Third Street intersection, while a towing crew worked to remove the car.

Geneva Patch will update this article when additional information is available from official sources.

I deleted a comment from (I think) Harvey Wallbanger that joked inappropriately about the accident.
