Two cases of driving under the influence were collected in Geneva police reports last week. One traffic stop led to charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

DUI, Cannabis Possession—Geneva police arrested Ashley Bellm, 27, of Batavia on charges of driving under the influence, possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage around 12:21 a.m. Sept. 27 in the 2000 block of Kaneville Road, reports said. According to the complaint in the 16^th Circuit Court, Bellm possessed a multicolored glass smoking pipe and about 2 grams of marijuana. She has a court date of Nov. 7 at the Kane County Judicial center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles. 

DUI, Driving While License Suspended—Geneva police arrested Janice Gearhart, 56, on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license and illegal transportation of alcohol Sept. 21 in the 1100 block of East Side Drive, Geneva police reports said. Gearhart has a court date of Nov. 7 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
