Consumption by a Minor—A $250 fine goes along with the citation.
Geneva police cited four youths with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor around 2:01 a.m. March 18 in the 100 block of South Street, Geneva police reports said.
Cited were Shauna Gargano, 18, of Bartlett, Carly Sanos, 18, of West Chicago, Jose Mondragon, 19, of St. Charles and Dylan Tucker, 18, of St. Charles.
Mondragon also was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and has a court date of April 3 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
