Help an adult read, write, speak and understand English. Literacy Volunteers Fox Valley's free tutor training workshop will teach you everything you need to know.   Once you are trained, you will be matched with one adult learner. You will meet for one hour each week at a time and location that is convenient for you. Most volunteers meet at local libraries.  The four-session training will meet from 6:30-9 p.m., Jan. 17, 19, 24 and 26,at St. Charles Public Library, 1 S. 6th Ave..
