The Salvation Army's Golden Diner Centers provide home-style weekday meals to people 60 and older and to their spouses, regardless of age. Conversation, games and fun add to the attraction of the food.

The meals are hot, nutritious and healthy, low on fat and cholesterol and salt-free. They meet one-third of the required daily allowance. The cost of each mean is $6.75; seniors make donations according to their means and no one is turned away.

Volunteers are needed in Geneva, Batavia and other parts of the county, for a variety of duties.
